Sarah Snook, known for her role in the TV series “Succession,” has happily announced the arrival of her first child with her husband, Dave Lawson. Taking to Instagram on Monday, the 35-year-old HBO star shared a picture of herself and her newborn, enjoying the series finale of the hit show.
The photo captured a glimpse of Snook’s face alongside her baby’s head, with the TV showing “Succession” ready to play.
Expressing her gratitude, she wrote, “I just watched the final episode of the final season of something that has changed my life. And now, my life has changed again. Thank you for all the love and support.” The Standard has reached out to Sarah Snook’s representative for further comment.
In the same Instagram post, Snook also reflected on the impact of the HBO series on her life and admitted that its conclusion “breaks her heart.” She shared, “The places I got to go, the immense talent I got to work with.
it breaks my heart that it is all over. But my heart had to be this full of all the memories, good times, challenges and triumphs, to be able to break at all… so that makes me grateful.” She expressed her pride and humility in being part of such a remarkable show and acknowledged the hard work of everyone involved, saying, “To have been blessed to join this crazy adventure of a show will be a career highlight, which will no doubt be hard to top.
I am so, so proud and humbled by everyone’s hard work season after season: we all set the bar high for each other, then exceeded it and excelled, in every department. The friendships, the scripts, the locations, the one-liners, the early mornings, the last-minute changes, all the highs and lows: I’m going to miss it all.
” Snook concluded her post by expressing her admiration for the talented individuals she had the privilege of working with and emphasized that it is the people she will miss the most.
Back in March, Snook announced her pregnancy while attending the HBO premiere of the show’s fourth and final season. On the red carpet, she revealed, “[I] brought someone I have not met, but am intimate with.”
