Did Kate Middleton have plastic surgery? That’s what a lot of royal fans want to know. The last time that she was seen in public was back in December during the holidays. The Princess of Wales supposedly had abdominal surgery in January and has only been seen briefly twice since then.
Once while she was in the car with her mother Carole Middleton with a lot of people noticing that she had a rather puffy face and the second time around was in a grainy photo taken by the press. Kate can be seen sitting in the back seat of a car with her husband Prince William but she is looking in the opposite direction.
Of course, the palace could easily diffuse the situation and simply tell the truth about Kate Middleton’s whereabouts and what’s really going on behind closed doors, but it’s doubtful that will happen. But the fact that the Princess of Wales has been covering her face has not only fueled even more plastic surgery speculation, but has also had many royal fans worried about the future queen of England, too.
