Nevertheless, sources now indicate that she has been seen “out and about” with her family.
Although it’s not clear exactly when or where Kate has been seen, sources from the palace have mentioned that she has been “out and about,” indicating that she is responding well to her cancer treatment. However, there is no set timeline for her return to royal duties.
According to the Mirror, a spokesperson for Kensington Palace, which manages the affairs of the Prince and Princess of Wales, stated that her ability to spend some time outside should not be interpreted as her ability to resume royal duties. While she has been doing some work from home, particularly in the area of childhood development, her work has been limited, and she has not taken part in any public engagements for months.
It looks like Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis will soon be out of school, and there are rumors that William and Kate will spend most of the summer at Sandringham. However, this depends on Kate’s treatment plan and whether she can receive treatment at Sandringham. It’s also possible that she might have completed her treatment by then and will use the summer to regain strength before resuming royal duties in the fall.
Right now, the expectation is that Kate will indeed take the entire summer off.
