Prince William has been ultimately blocked from filing for a royal divorce. While it’s been no secret that William has been having problems in his marriage with Kate Middleton, he knows that now is not the time to pull the plug on their marriage. And that’s not just because his wife’s health woes will make him look insensitive, but also because there’s a possibility that he might become the next king of England sooner rather than later. Keep reading below for everything you need to know.
Prince William Ultimately Blocked From Filing For Royal Divorce
Because of King Charles’ cancer diagnosis, the monarchy is in crisis mode. No one knows what the future is going to hold and that’s why King Charles has ultimately blocked Prince William from getting a divorce. There’s a strong possibility that he might have planned to make it happen in 2024, but because his wife landed in the hospital with her abdominal surgery, William has been forced to put his plans on hold.
Even if King Charles wasn’t dealing with his health crisis right now, the last thing he would want to deal with is a royal divorce. That’s why there’s a strong possibility that he might have told his eldest son to work hard to make his marriage work.
He knows that a divorce would be horrible for the monarchy and that the press would have a field day over it. King Charles doesn’t want that kind of attention for the royal family. That’s why he supposedly told Prince William to deal with his problems the best way he can and to suck it up. Of course, when Prince William becomes king all of that might easily change. He’s going to do what he wants to do without worrying what others have to say about it.
