Kate Middleton is reportedly “unfazed” by Meghan Markle’s controversial claims and actions, and is instead “focussed” on her future role as the Queen consort.
The Duchess of Sussex, who quit royal duties with her husband Prince Harry last year, has been making headlines with her explosive interviews, lawsuits, and memoirs, in which she accused the royal family of racism, neglect, and bullying.
However, sources say that Kate, who is married to Prince William, the heir to the throne, is not letting Meghan’s drama affect her, and is instead preparing herself for the responsibilities and challenges that come with being the Queen.
According to Thenews, Kate is “very aware” of the public scrutiny and expectations that she faces as the future Queen, and is determined to “rise above” any negativity and criticism. The source told Us Weekly: “Kate’s used to all eyes being on her. Being in a strong, solid marriage to William helps. They lean on each other for support during difficult times and will talk through their problems. She’s been very loyal to the Queen and the royal family.”
The source added that Kate is “a very confident, intelligent and diplomatic woman” who has “a lot of respect” for the Queen and her husband Prince Philip, who passed away in April 2021. The source said: “She’s learned a lot from them over the years and has modeled herself on how they behave and interact with people. She’s very good at making everyone feel welcome and comfortable in her company.”
The source also claimed that Kate is not bothered by Meghan’s allegations and revelations, which have caused a rift between the brothers and their wives. The source said: “Kate doesn’t pay attention to what Meghan says. She’s not interested in getting involved in any drama or a tit-for-tat war of words. She’s too busy being a mom, a wife and a future Queen. She’s unfazed by Meghan’s antics and is focused on the bigger picture.”
