Sarah Ferguson, who used to be married to Prince Andrew, recently talked about a promise she made to the Queen before the Queen passed away. Sarah and Prince Andrew were married for ten years and have two daughters together. Despite some problems Prince Andrew has faced, Sarah has supported him.
In April, Sarah went on a TV show called Loose Women to talk about her new book. She talked about her relationship with Prince Andrew and the promise she made to the Queen. Sarah said that she told the Queen before she died, “I will be there for him, I will help him on his journey.” She believes that good communication, compromise, and compassion are important in her relationship with Prince Andrew. She mentioned that he was there for her during the difficult times in her life.
Sarah has said before that she will always be there for Prince Andrew. In 2022, Prince Andrew settled a lawsuit where he was accused of something bad, but he denied it. When asked if the Queen knew that Sarah would always support Prince Andrew, Sarah said, “She knew. I will always be there. Always. Because I love her.”
Sarah also talked about her relationship with the Queen. She said that over the past three years, Prince Andrew has been going through a tough time, and she was glad she could help the Queen support him. This made them closer, and Sarah has always admired and loved the Queen. She even said that the Queen was like a mother to her.
There will be a TV show called Andrew: The Problem Prince, which will show Prince Andrew being interviewed by a presenter named Emily Maitlis. The show will be on Channel 4 on May 8 at 9pm.
