It seems like a new day brings new royal drama and today is no exception. The British Royal Family is currently facing allegations of bullying against Kate Middleton. Apparently, she was pressured into releasing a statement that claimed responsibility for a photo editing mistake on her Mother’s Day picture. The photo featured Kate with her three children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis. Keep reading for all the details on this latest scandal.
Royal author and expert and almost member of the Royal Rota Angela Levin, who often sings Prince William and Kate Middleton’s praises, suggested that the palace was wrong for throwing the future queen of England under the bus. She wrote, “I don’t think it’s been at all fair to have let Princess Catherine take the responsibility for the wonky photograph. She’s been ill, is not yet better and should have been protected. Very bad behavior.”
Of course, it didn’t take very long at all for many of Levin’s fans and followers to weigh in on the matter as well. Some even commented with, “Really don’t get the fuss. Their faces haven’t been changed who cares about the rest. Look at the other 2 they build faces & hair they want to look like. Harry with his monks hair shown with a full ginger head of hair is laughable,” along with, “Why isn’t William responsible for what is sent out to the press on behalf of his household and name? He has 60+ staff, some who have been briefing the #RoyalROTA against his brother and his wife. William is scapegoating Kate!”
The British Royal Family has been criticized for their treatment of the late Princess of Wales. One critic has suggested that the notion of monarchy in a twenty-first-century democracy is absurd. The critic further argued that the palace lies and deceives with the help of the British media to manipulate public opinion.
So far Kensington Palace has made no additional comments about the matter.
