A man named Dr. Daniel Kenigsberg has started a legal fight after discovering that someone began building a house on a piece of land he says still belongs to him and was never sold.
Dr. Kenigsberg said he originally bought the land in 1991. The property is a half-acre plot located at 51 Sky Top Terrace in Fairfield, Connecticut. The land means a lot to him because it sits right next to the house where he spent his childhood.
