An elderly man found himself at the center of commotion when he was refused payment by cash. The store attendant insisted that he must pay with a card, leading to a heated exchange between the two parties.
The incident, captured on video footage, shows the elderly man entering the store with the intention of purchasing strawberries. Armed with coins, he picked up the item he wanted and headed to the payment section. However, to his surprise, the store attendant informed him that they no longer accept cash as a mode of payment.
The man insisted on taking the purchased item with him, despite the store’s refusal to accept his coins.
