Prince Louis, who is five years old, recently made a public appearance after not being able to attend the Coronation Concert on May 7. It was reported that he couldn’t go because it was past his bedtime. Many people were excited to see him at the concert, especially after his funny behavior at the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee concert last year.
However, fans didn’t have to wait too long to see Prince Louis again. On May 8, he was spotted in Slough, where he joined his parents and siblings to do some volunteering. They were helping renovate the 3rd Upton Scouts Hut as part of the Big Help Out initiative. Prince Louis was seen shoveling and pushing a wheelbarrow, and he even got to sit in a digger with his dad. The Prince and Princess of Wales, along with Prince George and Princess Charlotte, also helped with construction and gardening tasks. The royal family shared lovely pictures of their volunteering activities on Instagram.
Fans were thrilled to see Prince Louis back in action. They commented on how delightful he is and expressed their hopes for him to become king someday. People also admired his enthusiasm for volunteering. In a video shared by Hello!, the Princess of Wales affectionately called him “Lou-Bugs” while helping him with marshmallows.
Although some fans were disappointed that Prince Louis didn’t attend the coronation concert, he did attend his grandfather’s coronation on May 6. Similarly, Prince Harry, like his nephew, wasn’t at the concert but did attend his father’s coronation. Before the event, Buckingham Palace confirmed that Prince Harry would be present while his wife, the Duchess of Sussex, stayed in California with their children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet.
Since deciding to step back from their roles as senior members of the royal family, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have had difficulties with some family members. They shared their challenges in interviews and a Netflix documentary called “Harry & Meghan.” Prince Harry also released a book called “Spare” that talked about the strained relationships. In an interview, he expressed his desire to mend the rifts and have a close family again. He emphasized that he wants a loving family, not just an official institution.
